Description of the Sanibel Island vacation condo rental

Newly renovated Fall 2006!! ......Our condo is beautifully maintained with a penthouse floor, direct gulf view. We just upgraded the unit with cabinets and countertops, new appliances, carpet, paint and furniture. It is fresh and lovely, waiting for you to visit. The unit is perfect for couples or small families, with a sofa sleeper in the living room. We furnished it with full kitchen, 2 TVs, DVD player, games, books, movies and beach chairs.

Sanibel Island is world famous for its pristine beaches, fabulous shelling and sensitive approach to conservation. Over 65% of the island is conservation land, including J.N.Ding Darling wildlife refuge & Bird Sanctuary (canoe or bike through). No building is over 4 stories. Excellent unique restaurants, tropical casual to fine dining. Over 12 miles of beach and 26 miles of dedicated bike trails. Enjoy the many adventures from sea life excursions & sunset cruises, charter fishing to shopping at the many wonderful shops on Sanibel or Sanibel Factory outlet mall. Once you collected all your shells, visit the Bailey-Matthews shell museum to find out about your new collection. Take a day trip into Fort Myers and visit the Ford-Edison museum or drive over to Naples. There are several options for golf at the nearby challenging Dunes golf course or try the relaxing Beachview course.
