Newly renovated !! ......Our condo is beautifully maintained with a penthouse floor, direct gulf view. We just upgraded the unit with cabinets and countertops, new appliances, carpet, paint and furniture. It is fresh and lovely, waiting for you to visit. The unit is perfect for couples or small families, with a sofa sleeper in the living room. We furnished it with full kitchen, 2 TVs, DVD player, games, books, movies and beach chairs.

Over 65% of the island is conservation land, including J.N.Ding Darling wildlife refuge & Bird Sanctuary (canoe or bike through). No building is over 4 stories. Excellent unique restaurants, tropical casual to fine dining. Over 12 miles of beach and 26 miles of dedicated bike trails. Enjoy the many adventures from sea life excursions & sunset cruises, charter fishing to shopping at the many wonderful shops on Sanibel or Sanibel Factory outlet mall.
