Our Sanibel Island vacation rentals (3) are 1200 Sq. Ft. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominiums, Sleeps 6. Screened lanai's overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. Our Sanibel Island Florida vacation complex has 27 units in 5 buildings on 13 acres. Located on a quiet secluded dead-end street, next to a wildlife preserve. Two suites are beach front on the first floor with covered parking underneath. The third is beach front on the second floor. The tennis court is 100 feet from the unit with Shuffle Board Pads next to the tennis court.

Our Sanibel Vacation Rental Units have been completely renovated within the past 2 years including new kitchens, new bathrooms with wall mounted hair dryers, new carpeting, new furniture, and new tile throughout. Each unit is approximately 1200 sq. ft. and is equipped with four adult bicycles and helmets, beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella.
