Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental

This condo has everything. Resort style living, with one of the best areas for fishing in Florida. Best in the world for Snook and Red Fish and also excellent for Tarpin. Manatee and dolphin sightings abound. Enjoy drinks on the waterfront gazebo watching the sun set over Sanibel Island. Enjoy some of the gulf's best fishing or spend a day at the Sanibel Habor Spa right next door. Brand new Yacht Club on site.
Our condo has an open floor plan with a lanai. Large 2 bedroom/2 bath with a washer and dryer. Everything completely remolded in 07. Fully furnished. Outside there is shuffle board, grilling, hot tub, pool, yacht club and fishing.
The beaches for Sanibel Island are on the Travel Channel's 10 best beaches to see in Florida and #1 for shelling. The beaches are just over the bridge. We are the last condo before the bridge to Sanibel Island.
There are no problems with parking and there is an Elevator.
We are located on the second floor. There is a total of 4 floors.

Fort Myers beach is just a few miles away. The Sanibel/ Captiva beaches are just over the Sanibel bridge. There are local shops in addition to outlet mall shopping. Wonderful restaurants through out the entire area and we are happy to provide recommendations.
