The unit is fully equipped with every amenity including a full-sized washer and dryer. You will find California closets in the bedrooms and a master bath with a spa tub.
Modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It also has a reverse osmosis water filtering sytems so no bottled water is needed. The counters are silestone and all the appliances are stainless. Walk to five restuarants located right at Sanibel Harbour Resort. You will find you won't have to travel very far to find a light meal or a romantic candlelit dinner. The yacht Sanibel Princess is there for Sunday brunches or sunset dinner cruises. Room service is available also for a charge to your credit card.
The 40,000 sq.ft Spa is a world class facility and is available for your use at a fee. If you get a service there like nails or hair or a massage you can use the spa all day at no additional charge. There is a fitness center which offers cardio equipment, indoor lap pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room with men's and ladies' locker rooms. There's also a spa boutique.

Not to be missed are the Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve on Sanibel Island minutes away, the Edison-Ford Estates and the Barbara B Mann Performing Arts Center located in Fort Myers. Naples is an hour drive south and is definitely worth the trip.

A wonderful place to stay; easily accessable to downtown area and beaches. Views were breathtaking. Condo was very comfortable and Barb was always available if needed (we actually locked our selves out and she was there to solve the issue--husband didnt use key correctly--in 10 minutes after our call---sorry again about that Barb). She was so accomodating to all my questions. So many little extras at the condo that just make it a great experience.

My wife and I like to try new places, but we had to come back here for a repeat stay with our kids. The unit is clean and well furnished with spectacular views. Our days inevitably would end with everyone gathered, beverage in hand, to watch the sunset and the boats heading back to harbor. The pool was perfect and not crowded. Good restaurants, stores, and boat rentals (we found a good rate at Port Shell Sanibel Harbor Marina) are not far away. There is a nearby Publix for stocking the fridge. Resort amenities are available. The owner is extremely attentive. This place has it all - we were very pleased, for a second time.

Even better than advertised! Great accomodations and location. Everything you need for your vacation is there plus private beach and pool. Great views, purely a relaxing vacation spot. We will be back....

The condo exceeded all of our expectaitons. Barb made us feel so welcomed before we even got there. The condo was clean and spotless. The kitchen is state of the art with beautiful, new appliances. We ate breakfast out on the screened porch overlooking the water. There were dolphins and beautiful boats that went by daily. Having two full bathrooms was a bonus as there were six of us staying. The pool and hot tub were clean as well and many times we were the only family there. I also liked that we had a washer/dryer in the unit. The condo was a corner unit with no one above us. Barb left her phone number for us in case we had any questions at al during our stay. She also provided beach towels and chairs which were an added bonus. The condo is centrally located and we could go to Fort Myers Beach in 15 minutes or just go over the bridge to Sanibel. We will definitely rent this unit again.

If you are looking for a place to stay while in the area look no further!! This condo could not have been nicer! The view is just breathtaking! The lanai is just perfect for sitting out on and just listening to the waves! And the sunsets and sunrises are a perfect way to start and end the day! The location was perfect! If you wanted to spend the day out in Fort Meyers or Sanibel Island or Captiva Island it was perfect for all! The owner Barb could not have been friendlier! If we had any questions she gave us her number to contact her and she'd give us ideas to go or places to eat! She recommended the restaurant Pinchers Seafood! Excellent and fun place to go! She really is a wonderful person! Treats you like a friend! I can honestly say I feel as if we made a friend in Florida! I highly recommend this condo as a place to rent! I can truly guarantee you will not be disappointed! The views from every window are beautiful! I did a lot of checking before we made our decision and I am so glad we chose Barbs! Do yourself a favor and book early because it fills fast!

This is place out of this world! If you want the best scenic view of South Florida, she has it. If you want a laid back vacation with the utmost privacy, you have your own private beach, a beautiful pool that never had more than 10 people at any given time when we were there(Feb 6-26th), if you want a little more excitement, you have access to a 5 star resort that just exudes CLASS!! Always things to do over there, Tennis, Basketball, Spa, walking trails, private Courtside Steakhouse among 3 or 4 other restaurants. I dont want to sound like I'm related to the owner(because I am not) but this place is awesome and she is a great person to rent from, we have already committed to 4 weeks next year. Do yourself and your family a favor and check this place out!

I couldn't ask for a better rental and vacation. It was a perfect stay for family of four. The condo was very well kept and was very well decorated. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. We made so many wonderful memories. It is a perfect location to the island and Fort Myers Beach. Barb was one of the nicest people to work with. She answered every email and took the time to care. After a two day car ride from Maine with three kids it was like walking into heaven. Barb's welcome basket hit the spot as we enjoyed a bottle of wine on the deck watching the sunset, never wanting to get up. The kids loved the rooms, tvs, pools, beach, dophins, and basketball court. It was the perfect romantic/family vacation spot. I loved the designer kitchen and beautifully decorated rooms. We hoped to go back again. Thank you Barb for a memorable family experience. Ann

We stayed at this fabulous condo which have the most spectacular views. The owner was very friendly and accomodating at all times. We would definitely recommend the condo to anyone and am sure they will have a great time as we did. The view of the bay and watching the dolphins go by were an added bonus and we hope to return soon.

Beautiful modern, clean, well-appointed condo with all the latest amenities. Barb, the owner, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The views from the balcony were spectacular. Although there was a fee for use of the gym and spa, it was well worth it and only steps away. Definitely recommendable!

Great place for a family of 4. Awesome views and hospitality. The owner is a top notch individual to deal with. The private beach, pool, hot tub and serenity is second to none. If you are looking for a trip to the Sanibel area you have to consider this place. We will be back again.
