Description of the Sanibel Island vacation condo rental

Sanibel is a unique 12 mile long barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Southwest Florida. Enjoy island life the way it was meant to be in our privately-owned cozy beach condo at Sundial West. It’s a perfect getaway condo that sleeps up to four people where singles, empty nesters or a small family can enjoy barefoot luxury and beautiful sunsets! Plus rent direct from the owner and save!

Our beach condo is in a resort complex right on the beach! Our condo has a screened lanai, dining area, bathroom, kitchen and sleeping area with a queen size bed. The living area can be closed off with a sliding partition and has a queen size sleeper sofa. Plus our condo has cable TV, DVD, stereo and free WIFI. The location of this condominium home is one building back from the beach, less than 100 yards from the beach! It is on the second floor and fully furnished. Just bring toothbrush!

When you arrive you will find our beach condo has direct beach access, free use of a heated Olympic size pool, free parking, BBQ grills, shuffleboard, and elevators. Located on the second floor, your condo is near a stairway and the elevator and washer-dryer.

Our 1BR/BA beach condo is approximately 600 square feet and is managed by Royal Shell. This professional rental agency is at your service and will have your keys available 24 hours a day for your arrival. You save by renting direct from the owner!

Area Description

Sanibel Island is world famous for its pristine beaches, fabulous shelling, fishing, many other activities, and sensitive approach to conservation. 65% of the island is conservation land, including J.N.Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge & Bird Sanctuary (drive, walk, canoe, bike through or take the tram with a naturalist/guide on board.) Besides the incredible flocks of birds one can see and photograph from the refuge’s four-mile Wildlife Drive, Ding Darling is home to alligators, river otters, manatees, raccoons bobcats black racer snakes and one lone saltwater crocodile!

Wild life viewing - 4 miles - and easy day trips to the Everglades and sailboat charters are available on the island. The beach near our condo is very safe -- with a sandbar -- for small kids. Also, contact us for our list of favorite restaurants!
