Description of the Sanibel Island vacation condo rental
Spend a week recharging your batteries!
Unit is set up as hypoallergenic unit with minimal area rugs, wood floors and all beds and pillows in antiallergenic covers.
This second and third floor 1500sq ft fully furnished condo is located in quiet Blind Pass Condos off San-Cap road across from world renowned Ding Darling Bird Preserve. Full kitchen with all cooking supplies. Laundry in unit. Heated pool, 2 tennis courts including rackets and balls, outdoor communal large grill area all onsite. Also included are canoes and kayaks for your use on the adjacent lagoon-which is often full of wildlife.
Cross the private bridge to a quiet sandy beach where you can relax, walk for miles while doing the "Sanibel Stoop" (while you collect some of the fabulous shells Sanibel is noted for), swim, snorkel and watch the dolphins. Rental bikes and boats available nearby.
Unit includes master with king or 2 twins and a double hide-a-bed couch and private lanai, guest room with 2 twins and queen sized hide-a-bed in living room. Second porch off main living area and you don't even need to walk to the beach to watch the sunset.
I can also provide a second townhouse unit with woods views, carpeting and similar set up if you need 2 units or if the first one is rented.

Area Information
Sanibel island is noted for beaches, shell collecting and birding as well as biking and just plain relaxing. Nearest airport is Fort Myers and once you cross the bridge to Sanibel your worries and the world will disappear. Good local restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and art galleries and even some music and theater are available on island.
