This nice house is an exclusive home with 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, screened lanai and pool, with a small pier on the canal. Your Florida vacation rental is a private home: comfortable, affordable, and easy to reserve. You don't need to pay unnecessary travel agency fees when a private rental costs so much less. Located on Sanibel Island in Florida it takes approximately 5 minutes to walk to the beautiful Sanibel Island Beach, or a drive of 10-30min to Ft.Myers Beach, Bonita Beach, Naples-Vanderbilt Beach, Lover's Key and many more. Convenient, it is located 25 minutes from Ft.Myers International airport.There are also numbers of public 18-holes-golf courses in the area. We have 'snow birds' but we also welcome families, groups, newlyweds and retired couples, and of course, anyone longing for the privacy and convenience that only a vacation rental can offer.

Area Information

Billed as 'Florida's tropical island getaway', Sanibel Island Beach is a haven for Floridians themselves seeking a relaxing family vacation, as well as visitors from the rest of the United States and abroad. The locals favour it simply because it still smacks of 'old Florida', and while it offers endless sport and recreational activities like the more frenetic destinations of the east coast, this beautiful resort town on the Gulf of Mexico remains affordable, relaxed, friendly and casual. Situated near Estero Island, facing the Gulf, the palm-shaded Sanibel Island has a wide white sandy shoreline sloping gently into the ocean, and locals claim it is the world's safest beach. The village area is clustered along a tree-lined pedestrian walkway, offering shops and restaurants. The south is where numerous beach front resorts with condominiums and hotels have sprung up around Lovers Key State Park. In between, the beach is lined with parks and recreation areas. Sanibel Island has a reputation for his beautiful shells. This location allows you close access to all of the local beaches each with a distinctive flavor of it's own.

Other Fees: We have a rate of $150/ $200 per night based on 2 Person. We must receive a personal check, or payment by credit card of 40% down within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is received dates are officially reserved. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days to prior to check in. The booking will be cancelled for non payment.

Perfect Vacation

Beautiful, well appointed home on Sanibel Island. Quiet and relaxing with a lovely pool. The real estate manager was great. Went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly reccomend this property.

Wonderful home, very well kept and equipped with everything you need in a house. Wonderful taking breakfast in the pool area under the sun... The pool was also the best solution to refresh after footing. Very nice internal decor and you really feel at home. Linda, of the realty company, was aboslutely helpful. We had a very nice stay in this house and would strongly recommend it! Thank you

The "OMG" house is right on the money. Very well kept and equipped with everything a house needs. Spent a wonderful and relaxing memorial weekend. I found no faults and would strongly recommend it. I would never rent a hotel room or a condo with this wonderful and affordable option.

The "OMG" house

We rented the house for my niece's "destination" wedding. Our group ranged from the 86 year old disabled grandmother of the bride to the 4 year old flower girl. My sister and mother arrived first, and called me to tell me how exquisite the home was. We arrived shortly thereafter and were equally awed. Everyone who came to visit walked through the spacious home, and each one repeated "Oh, my God!" several times as they travelled from room to room. This refurbished home has all of the amenities that one could hope for. Having it at ground level rather than on stilts was a necessity for my mother, the pool was needed to entertain the kids, and there was plenty of room for all of us to have a little privacy when necessary. Several in the party have discussed renting this home the next time they came to Sanibel. I would definitely stay there again. From the tropical landscape, to the interior decor, to all of those little niceties one hopes for but never expects, this rental is absolutely the best I have stayed in. Forget the hotels. Although I have lived in Florida for over 30 years, the rest of the group were New Englanders. We were all equally impressed by the attention to detail, cleanliness, spaciousness and forethought that this home offered.

My family and I had our most wonderful vacation ever at this vacation home on Sanibel Island. My wife and I are planning on returning in the fall,and bringing the family back again next April. The realty company was extremely helpful and the home was amazing and affordable. 5 stars!
