Description of the Santa Barbara vacation apartment rental

$125 per night Sunday through Thursday.
$175 per night Friday and Saturday.
Additional cost for 2 more than two people.

Beautifully decorated in a 'zen' style, our 1 bdrm apartment is a relaxing, spacious fully equipped haven for your vacation or working visit to Santa Barbara.

You will find everything you need from a double bed, fold down sofa bed, full kitchen, full bath, cable tv with all movie channels and high speed wireless internet.

Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the balcony while gazing upon the Riviera. Referred to as 'The Mediterranean of the west coast', we are nestled between the gorgeous Riviera, East Beach and Downtown Santa Barbara.

Within minutes (on foot!), you will find:
Lovely beaches, idyllic hikes,World famous State St.

In a residential neighborhood we are 5 short blocks (aprox. 5 mins. walking) to the heart of Santa Barbara, State St.

Minutes by car from the Beach (15 mins. walking.)

We have 4 great "local secret" restauraunts around the corner on Milpas St.

Our location is situated between the water and the riviera, you can hear concerts on the balcony from the Santa barbara Bowl !

We have NEVER had an unhappy guest and, Santa Barbara is Santa Barbara... Beautiful from any corner.

We have a park and playhround 1/2 block away and a wide aray of outstanding restaurants so close you woildn't want to bother with a car, Winery and wine Tasting a few short blocks away !
