Clean and Comfortable

Enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing stay in this cozy guest apt. The space was very clean, cheerful and inviting. Located in a nice neighborhood just a short drive to downtown. It was quiet & private and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Plan to return in the Spring.

lovely honeymoon week in the studio!

Great location, ease of access to downtown and the beach. Max's (about a mile away, uptown) has delicious brunch. It was about a 35 or 40 minute drive to Santa Ynez wineries-- a must! The apartment is quiet, undisturbed by adjoining house. It has an iron & ironing board in the bathroom, and ice trays in the freezer part of the fridge! We were here for our honeymoon in July-August 2012 and it was wonderful.

The best thing about this place was the good use of limited space. The open floor plan provided many functions - bedroom, home office (for 2 of us), dining, kitchen, sitting room. The location was perfect for us. The owners live on the premises and helped us modify the studio just a bit to make it more livable. They were friendly, but didn't hover over us.

Our little cottage was just ideal for our stay in Santa Brbara. It was in the perfet location and just as comfy as it appeared in the photos. Very clean and well appointed, we were so pleased at our initial entrance aqnd knew right away we had definitely not made a mistake. Our host, Julia, was very affable and had all the sightseeing information we needed in the unit. We will be back.

The location is excellent! Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are all close to the studio. The place is very spacious and comfortable with a little garden to enjoy some sun. The owners Julie and Don were just lovely and will help you out in anything you need.
