We stayed here for my son's graduation from U.C.S.B. It has a great view from the upper patio, especially at night. The only changes I would recommend would be to remove the chairs on the upper deck so that they sit about six inches higher. That way when you sit on the deck at night you can actually see the skyline and the ocean in the distance. The deck wall blocks the beautiful view. The kitchen was well stocked with cookie sheets and frying pans, but they really need to add in some more mixing bowls for those nights you feel like hanging around and cooking. Other than that the place was great and well worth the cost. Tamara was very attentive to any request we had and our security deposit was quickly credited back to my account within a couple days. Thanks much for everything. We had a great time here.
