Just a short walk from the Mission of Santa Barbara, this property has the benefit of being close to town with the addition of the peacefulness of being in the foothills. With views of the mountains from every window this bright airy chalet is a true retreat. A generous 700 sq ft space, which includes a large bedroom with luxury bedding and a walk in closet. The fully tiled bath also contains a personal washer/dryer. The living room is furnished with a Ligett and Platt mattress in the sofa bed that is a combo air/sleeper mattress for exceptional comfort. A gas fireplace and a Large screen HD, LCD TV are a focal point of the living room. Equipped with High speed internet, cable TV and local phone you will be able to stay connected. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator and plenty of storage. Santa Barbara is known for its georgeous weather but should it be very hot there is airconditioning. Relax in the Hot Springs Spa with Moto-massage and enjoy the privacy of an outdoor patio.

In Santa Barbara you can hike in the mountains and swim at the beach on the same day! This property is located on a beautiful tree filled acre property with views of the mountains. Just a short walk to the Mission and the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden. Walk to downtown Santa Barbara through Rocky Nook Park and distinctive Upper East neighborhoods. The beach and Montecito are just an easy 10 minute drive. The apartment was more than expected. The pictures showing the apartment don't quite capture the true experience of spending time in this property. The views to the outside are amazing with the mountains in the background. The peace, the quiet and the solitude are to be treasured for the days that one spends time in this apartment. At night, the stars are visible and the sky is clear. This place is to be treasured.
