Description of the Santa Barbara vacation cottage rental
The living room boasts plenty of comfortable seating as well as a 40' large screen HDTV and wireless Internet. There is also a gas fireplace to provide a wonderful ambiance. The 900 sq ft make this the perfect size for a group of four or a romantic retreat for a couple.
Two bedrooms both have queen beds complete with luxury bedding and down comforters. Set in its own garden setting this private cottage has off street parking and its own private fenced yard. Relax under the flowering trees and take in the wonderful California weather.
One Couple always saves, get $35 off a night and $200 off for weekly rates.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

Perfectly furnished...all the comforts of home provided, even coffee beans to grind for morning coffee. Perfect to sit outside and drink a glass of wine in a quiet garden patio setting...just like home. Perfect ambience for an estranged family, our 75 year old father, his two oldest daughters and his two oldest granddaughters who were the Graduates...the reason for our stay, to get re-aquainted! All my family could say is the place is Just Perfect! Thank you to Wendy!

A lovely little cottage in a convenient location. Fully equipped with everything you need in a vacation home and more! Lots of thoughtful touches like good supply of towels, hair drier, soaps, coffee beans and 2 coffee makers. Better than a high quality hotel. Lots of helpful information provided by Wendy. This place was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Everything you could need was provided, right down to whole bean coffee with grinder/maker. It was also child-proofed and came with a pack-and-play and high-chair. Our 9 month-old loved it!
I will definitely use again if I come to Santa Barbara.

The cottage is lovely, well-equipped, and its location is just perfect. We had a nice and comfortable stay in Santa Barbara. We visited a lot and did many activities:
--Surf at Santa Claus Lane beach
--Horseback riding at Circle Bar B Ranch
--Shopping at Camarillo outlets
State Street is nice shopping area too. There are also many good restaurants. For groceries, we went to Ralph's and Gelson's Market. There is also a Von's. Thanks Wendy!
