If you aren't familiar with Montecito, it's in the part of Santa Barbara that is world renowned for its gorgeous setting-multi-million dollar homes and lush landscape while still being close to downtown.
The studio(19.5ft. x 19.5 ft.)is located on a private lane, and is home to prime beaches. Heavenly, quiet with happy chirping birds and has a view of lush tropical gardens and surrounded by tall trees. The studio has its own large enclosed private patio(30ft x 16ft), which could be ideal for a small dog. Enjoy the beautiful golden afternoon light in this living space with its many windows. The bathroom window overlooks the gardens and waterfall. Fully equipped cozy kitchen (stove with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kitchenware. The kitchen sitting area also overlooks the tropical gardens.
