A small galley kitchen has fridge and stove/oven with granite counters and small appliances: microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, and cookware/utensils. Upstairs the bedroom has a plush queen-size bed with down duvet & pillows, large dresser, desk and vanity, with whirlpool tub and shower in tiled bathroom. Exotic walnut floors throughout. French-doors off LR lead to spacious outdoor deck area beside Mission Creek with patio table/chairs. Lots of birdlife.
Bicycle(s) available for shared use. Laundry facilities on site. WiFi internet access included. Non-smokers only please.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. It was close to everything we wanted to do on our trip to Santa Barbara. The owners were friendly and helpful. The property is on a quiet street within walking distance to State Street where everything is happening - Huge Farmer's Market, shopping, restaurants and the Urban Wine Trail. We recommend this highly and will be back!

My Wife and I celebrated our wedding anniv in this lovely home. She says... OMGosh! Location, location, location! One block from the beach (where we played volleyball, and met gold medalist Phil Dalhausser!) This rental is really clean, comfy, warm, and inviting. Great place to make breakfast before desending upon Oprah's house, or chill and read a book. Jake, Sandi, and his Wife Joy are delightful folks as well! We were truly Blessed to find this hidden gem :) We highly reccomend this rental and will return soon. Oh, and the tower garden's on the roof are amazing! ~The Allaire's

We loved this charming unit. The small patio that looks directly over a creek is so charming and the apartment is very tastefully decorated. The pull-out sofa is very comfortable to sleep on as well. We definitely plan on returning!
Thanks for a great week at your rental. It was very private and we enjoyed the pleasant, short walk to the beach. It was really nice having a washer and dryer available and the place was just the right size for the two of us. We hope to rent again with you next year in sunny Santa Barbara!
