Conveniently located on Cliff Drive one minute to the Arroyo Burro State beach, a "local's favorite", this home is just five minutes to world-famous State Street and Santa Barbara Harbor, and 45 minutes to the wine country.

Completely private, this single level home offers a spacious living room with abundant picture windows, hardwood floors and fireplace, ocean view dining, gourmet kitchen, and three bedrooms, including a master with private bath. There are three full bathrooms in all. There is only one room that does not have a fabulous ocean view, but even that one has views over the lovely front garden with so many blooming rose bushes and colorful flowers. Open and airy, this inviting beach home is as refreshing as a gentle breeze on a lazy summer 's day.

Enjoy romantic sunsets alone or entertain friends on the lush 210-foot lawn overlooking the ocean. Putter in the gardens for hours or drift off into an afternoon nap on the hammock or the sun-drenched terrace. Create a fresh fruit salad from the orchard, which includes apple, apricot, plum, fig, nectarine, orange, lemon and lime trees (seasonal). Play croquet, bocci ball or just listen to the ocean. Dolphins, whales and pelicans are all included.
