This is a newly built upstairs unit with two patio's with views and a fenced yard. Private and quite. Queen Bed in private One Bedroom,and two six foot couches in Living Room with Upstairs and downstairs Toilet. $20 per night per Dog with a maximum of two Dogs allowed added to nightly charge. Cleaning charges beyond one hour will be charged to your credit card at $75 per hour, with first hour free.

Area Description

Bus Stop within block, walk to La Cumbre Plaza and Five Points Shopping Center with many food services. Chucks Steak House close by. Clean safe part of Santa Barbara. Close to Goleta Beach and Airport. Easy Freeway access. Bus to downtown Carrillo Station run regular down town and out to Camino Real MarketPlace in Goleta.

This was really a nice place, and better price than many hotels in SB. Front and back deck with views of the mountains. Plenty of space to relax. Clean Great location with easy access to 101. Owner was very helpful as well.
