Beautiful Mediterranean/California style family house.
3 ½ bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, including a loft.

House is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to beaches, harbor, wharf, parks, & shopping. Microclimate is sunny, warm & usually above the fog. Master bedroom is a spacious suite with a loft/office, vaulted ceilings, TV & private patio with Italian-style fountain. Master bath has a huge soaking tub. The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinets, granite counters & island with modern appliances including instant hot & filtered water. The large living room has a dramatic stone wood-burning fireplace, French doors, beveled glass & very comfortable furnishings with antiques scattered throughout. The garden is full of tropical plants, with fenced back yard & large lawn in the back.

Outside: hot tub, built-in bar-b-q, patio heater, outdoor lounges & dining table, beach chairs & toys, dartboard & basketball hoop, plenty of parking.
Inside: Immaculate 2-car garage with automatic openers, laundry room with washer/dryer, premium cable TV & stereo surround sound, wireless Internet access through out the house, plenty of linens, dishes & kitchen equipment.

Summer rates: $1695/week $300/night weekend $250 week night

Neighborhood park, hiking & biking trails within walking. 5 min drive to beaches & downtown shops & restaurants. 7 min drive to wharf, harbor & oceanfront promenade. 2 mins to groceries. 8 mins to the Mission. This is a quiet neighborhood, very central,with easy access to a wide variety of Santa Barbara's attractions.

Deposits: $800 upon booking. 1/2 held if more than 30 days before reservation. non-refundable less than 30 days.
Other Fees: $125 cleaning. $600 deposit becomes security deposit. Fully refundable if no damage.

This was the perfect place to relax and big enough to comfortably house all 7 of us. Very clean and well kept in a nice neighborhood while having a great central location. We hope to come back soon.

Four friends and I rented this house last September and we were completely satisfied. The back yard is particularly wonderful-- sunny and roomy. We spent most of our time just hanging out and enjoying it. I would definitely rent again.

What a great home - much lovelier than the pictures represent. It was sunny, comfortable and well appointed. It was close to everything and had a lovely backyard where we went for our morning coffees....we also played darts in the evening there as well. Would definitely rent this home again anytime we are back in Santa Barbara. Loved it.

This house is beautiful!! The pictures do not give it justice. We had an amazing girl’s weekend and everything we needed was there. I hope to have the pleasure of renting this property in the future.
