Description of the Santa Barbara vacation home rental
3 ½ bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, including a loft.
House is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to beaches, harbor, wharf, parks, & shopping. Microclimate is sunny, warm & usually above the fog. Master bedroom is a spacious suite with a loft/office, vaulted ceilings, TV & private patio with Italian-style fountain. Loft has a single sofa bed. Master bath has a huge soaking tub. The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinets, granite counters & island with modern appliances including instant hot & filtered water. The large living room has a dramatic stone wood-burning fireplace, French doors, beveled glass & very comfortable furnishings with antiques scattered throughout. The garden is full of tropical plants, with fenced back yard & large lawn in the back.
Amenities:
Outside: hot tub, built-in charcoal bar-b-q & propane bar-b-q, patio heater, outdoor lounges & dining table, beach chairs & toys, plenty of parking.
Inside: Immaculate 2-car garage with automatic openers, laundry room with washer/dryer, premium cable TV & stereo surround sound, wireless Internet access through out the house, plenty of linens, dishes & kitchen equipment.
Summer rates: $1995/week $340/night weekend $290 week night

Awesome house perfect for a ladies weekend!

We recently stayed at this lovely home for my best freinds bachelorette weekend! We were more than surprised when we walked in. Its better than in the photos. Everything was perfect. It has the best vibe and its the perfect location. Close to the freeways, state street and anything else you need. The owner was great to deal with, and accomodated us with everything we had asked for. I would definitley stay here again and hope to in the future! I highly recommend this place!

This place is wonderful, especially for a large group. The decor is tasteful and the living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open so you feel like everyone is together even if they are in different places. It was extremely well taken care of and had lovely landscaping.

This house was everything the review said it was. It was spotless, very spacious and comfortable. It was centrally located - easy to get to from Hwy. 101, close to town and the beach as well as in easy reach of the attractions in the area. We had family over to visit and everyone was envious of how nice the house was that we had rented. It was great!

Wow. What a great place to unwind and put your feet up. We needed a place to stsay while my son studied for his SAT. Perfect. Great kitchen, spa, beds and outdoor areas. NICE TOWELS and bed linens. We will definitely stay here again.

What a great home - much lovelier than the pictures represent. It was sunny, comfortable and well appointed. It was close to everything and had a lovely backyard where we went for our morning coffees....we also played darts in the evening there as well. Would definitely rent this home again anytime we are back in Santa Barbara. Loved it.
