The Mesa is a hilltop area in the city of Santa Barbara on the coast within walking distance to the harbor, the community college, surrounded by the ocean and green parks and hills. Santa Barbara is close to LA, but not too close. Abundant cultural activities and outdoor life, it is the perfect place to vacation for anyone.
