Description of the Santa Barbara vacation home rental

Peacefull private retreat with views of mountains and the ocean. Sit on the patio and enjoy the sunset at the end of your day. The kitchen and dining room have hardwood floors, and picture windows allowing you to enjoy the view from inside as well. The spacious kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, or eat out in your choice of the many fabulous resturants in Santa Barbara. The dining room has a large table that seats 8 to 10 people.

Relax in the living room gazing out at the view, or if you choose turn on the big screen TV. Fireplace in the living room if the weather calls for it! Central heating and air conditioning (though the climate is so perfect so you will hardly need it!)

The three bedrooms are all spacious. The master has a king sized bed. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and has it's own entrance to the guest bathroom where there is a jacuzzi tub..ahhh...(this bathroom is also accessable from the hallway). The thrid bedroom has 3 twin sized beds and enjoys the mountain and valley views.

The home is all one level from driveway to door and would be easily accessable for a wheel chair.

The back yard and patio are a good size and have a great view. Medium size lawan, large patio area.

The home is in the San Roque area of Santa Barbara. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the foothills, but still just minutes from the many sites and activities Santa Barbara has to offer.

The public golf course is just minutes down the street with several other golf course options nearby as well.

Hiking trails nearby, including one to "inspiration point" at the top of the street.

Beaches, shopping, resturants are all closeby. Look for our guest book in the home with our recommendations for the best spots in town.

Theatres,newly remodeled Granada Theatre, outdoor concerts at the Santa Barbara County Bowl, cultural festivals all summer long, Fiesta Celebration, Semana Nautica. Wine tasting in town or a 40 min drive to Santa Ynez.

The house met our needs and expectations! It is spacious and full of light. A place for nature lovers, since lots of different animals come by the garden.
