Description of the Santa Barbara vacation home rental

Beautiful 1920's traditional Cape Cod style home is situated on approximately 1 acre. This 4500 sq.ft. home is located on a peaceful, hedgerow lane only a few blocks from beautiful Miramar Beach in Montecito. Featured in “The Santa Barbara Garden Tour,” this home received The Montecito Beautification Award. There is a large master bedroom with a king size bed adjoining a bathroom suite with Jacuzzi tub. In addition, the home has three more bedrooms that are charming and three bathrooms.One bedroom has a king-size bed. Two bedrooms have double beds. One bedroom has two twin beds. The house sleeps 8 comfortably.
The home has hardwood floors and beamed ceilings with a spacious old world living room and an Inglenook fireplace. There are 3 additional inside fireplaces and 1 outside on the terrace. The house has a large, family gourmet kitchen/family room with couches, a 42" flat screen TV and a wood burning fireplace. There is separate, lovely, formal dining room and a den. A sitting/screening room with a large, 8 foot, projection screen TV and DVD collection is located off the master bedroom. French doors are throughout the home, and off the living room, they lead to a beautiful covered dining terrace and sitting area with an outdoor fireplace. In the back of the house, there is a sport court to play basketball or volleyball. There is ping-pong table and two more spacious garden patios. Bikes and surfboards for you to use. The house is located nearby to the lower and upper village, Miramar Beach and everything Santa Barbara has to offer.

It truly worked out beyond what we could have imagined! Your photographs on the Internet did not do your home justice. Your home not only offers beauty, but comfort, relaxation, and a place that made all of us want to stay longer. We were able to easily serve 20 people dinner after the graduation and actually didn't go out for any meals one time... very rare when you are away from home. Another thing that was so nice is that I was going to buy flowers and put up small lights outside....and when I walked in and saw your beautiful arrangements throughout the house and lights on the outside fireplace, I was in awe of another perfect touch you had made. Amazing!

My daughter had 6 girlfriends come over, who are graduating next year, and they all want to rent your house as well as every year for their sorrority sister reunions. They were having such a wonderful time out on the patio that they didn't leave to go downtown until 11:30 that night...another testimonial to the setting. They were even going on and on about renting it for their weddings someday. Very dear! So to sum it up...yes everyone there would consider renting your home. I will also pass your information to others. Also having the projection screen was perfect for showing the photo slide show I made for my daughter.
