Description of the Santa Barbara vacation home rental

This stunning Mediterranean Villa is the perfect vacation home. Wrap around balconies overlook the tranquil surroundings offering ocean, mountain and canyon views on a private hilltop.

The main house sleeps 8-10 people, has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and a large chef’s kitchen. The guest/pool house can be used as an additional bedroom.

A large backyard patio with natural & gas BBQ overlooks a pool and waterfall spa. All the amenities - including 3 flat screen TVs, a grand piano, game room with kitchenette, billiards, ping pong & poker tables, etc. Large open kitchen with top of the line appliances and wet-bar in the living room.

The upstairs master suite features a private balcony with ocean views, office area, fireplace, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet and a King size Kluft Mattress for the most comfortable night's sleep you will ever have. The spacious master bathroom offers a Jacuzzi tub, double-headed shower, and dual sinks surrounded by exquisite tile.

The living room offers a flat screen TV and grand piano with a stone-laced fireplace as does the separate family room off the kitchen area. Two additional spacious bedrooms are located on the main level downstairs. The kitchen offers top of the line appliances including a Wolf range and Sub Zero refrigerator, fully equipped for the chef-at-heart. There is also a large dining room adjacent.

To further compliment this home there is a built-in BBQ area perfect for entertaining and slow oak roasted BBQ. If you are in the mood for a quicker BBQ, there is a stainless steel gas BBQ as well.

The game room off the pool area is a great fourth bedroom! It offers a flat screen TV, kitchenette, half bathroom, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, pool table, game table, darts, ping-pong, and more!

The 2+ acre grounds are lovely and offer many places for meditation or just to relax and take it all in. There are two small creeks that run during rainy season.

Amazing property

May 9, 2012

I rented this beautiful home for my best friends bachelorette weekend. Aaron was great and made sure we had all the comforts that we needed. Unfortunately the hot tub broke right before our weekend but Aaron made sure the pool guy came and rigged it up for us so we wouldn't be with out. The property is absolutely beautiful and well kept. We would definitely stay here again. It's also a close drive to state street for dining and shopping.

Beautiful, Charming and Comfortable

This home is Beautiful and Spacious. Lots of charm and lots of amenities. Abundant Porches, Patios and Decks ensure that you can have as much sunshine or shade that you may desire in a beautiful and tranquil setting. We especially loved having meals out on the big patio out back under the oak tree. The Master Suite is spectacular and the Kitchen is beautiful. The three fireplaces (including one in the Master Suite) and multiple couches make this home very comfortable. The views are great from this hillside villa and the sunsets are spectacular! The beautiful pool, spa and game room (with poo table, bigscreen tv, poker table and kitchenette) made sure that this was a great place to truly relax and have fun. My family loved their time here and we look forward to coming back. The owner was great to work with in renting this and very responsive to any question that I might have had, a real delight.

The house has a lot to offer in terms of diversity and options, from a ping pong table to Jaccuzi, to a nice size swimming pool, to a good game room with all the amenities (including poker chips and cards ready to go), not to mention a beautiful backyard with a huge tree which makes everything cozy. The nice view of the high altitude house overlooking Montecito and Santa Barbara adds a special touch to the property for sure. We definitely look forward to renting the great house in near future, that's the bottom line in terms of money well spent for our group of friends and relatives.
