Our family home for 25 years, Casa Sonrisa, house of smiles, is a relaxing paradise within easy walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. It's central location makes it a perfect jumping off spot for exploring all that Santa Barbara has to offer. At Casa Sonrisa you will find 3 spacious bedrooms. The beautiful oversized master with balcony, walk in closet, asian inspired bath. See the sunrise and whales from your king sized bed. The second master with attached bath features its own patio with hot tub overlooking the harbor, a great place to watch the moon rise over the Pacific from a comfy queen sized bed, plus fold out futon couch for guests. The third bedroom features a garden view and cozy full sized bed. A large family room with home theater opens onto the dining patio and the living room features a fireplace and stunning 180 degree vistas.
