This past weekend we stayed at the Santa Barbara Mediterranean home. The experience was absolutely amazing from the grand entrence to the infinity views it was unreal! We were a group of 6 couples and we all had plenty of space. The kitchen was of perfect size with lots of cooking going on in the kitchen and on the two different bbq pits which was perfect. One bbq as on the patio and the other down by the pool. Every morning and til late at night the pool and jucuzzi was used. It was heated so the water was always perfect! This property is a must! There is too much too list...you just have to experience it. It's perfect for a family stay with children or a retreat with friends. You will not be disappointed at all. There was never a dull moment since the house came with a game room, pool table, built in the ground trampoline, pool and jucuzzi, very large out door patios with panaramic 360 degree views of the mountins, city, and beach views...unreal! The mornings was also great for going on long walks thru the hills as we view the other nices homes. The location was also perfect that stores were only about 5 mins away on a drive down the mountain. Overall, there is was a perfect experience and we cant' wait to go back and stay at this beautiful estate!

Awesome house with even better views from every window, door, porch etc. We used the house as a bridesmaid hangout for my daughters wedding and a good time was had by all! Plenty of space for everyone, great music system and good times by the pool and hot tub. The lavish surroundings created a magical atmosphere which was great backdrop for the wedding. The only complaint were the bees around the pool. My suggestion would be to change the ground cover/plantings around the pool area so as not to attract the painful creatures!

The perfect location for a destination wedding. Large rooms that sleep at least 14 and plenty of space for visiting guests. Large heated pool and gourmet kitchen helped entertain the family. Some upgrades are needed on the property, but overall a very nice estate to stay at with a large family. Super porch and casualliving area with oustanding views of the mountains and ocean. We will stay again if we visit Santa Barabara in the future.

We used the home for a gals getaway on Labor Day. The house was great and fit our large group perfectly. Our only complaints were the bees around the pool (yikes) and we could have used more kitchen items (baggies, tin foil, serving platters, etc.). There were plenty of linens, including pool towels for us to use. Music throughout the house was awesome! Also, note that the turn onto La Vista Rd. is not that well marked. Keep your eyes peeled we had a couple cars get lost.
