Description of the Santa Barbara vacation home rental
A truly unique experience in vacationing as a group. 2 obtions: 2 bedroom 1 bath (main House only) OR 2 bedroom 1 bath AND Studio 1 bedroom 1 bath for total of 3 bedrooms 2 baths. Rates:
low/high for 2 bedroom 1 bath OR low/high for 3 bedroom 2 bath.
It's a great way to vacation together enjoying all the property and area have to offer, then when the day is done, one couple retreat to their OWN ROMANTIC PRIVATE dwelling, and two or three couples occupy the main part of house. Play together and eat together, then retreat ALONE. Cooper house boast a beautiful kitchen with hickory cabinets and everything needed to to put together a great meal. Also has a 'great room' so the chefs can meal prep and still be apart of the group. Fireplace, French doors which lead to sunny wrap around porch. Also features a 'Music Room' Piano's, guitar, and more! Lush gardens which include rose, cactus and succulents. Indoor laundry room, bikes,table tennis,boogie boards, form surf boards, propane BBQ, Parking for 6 vehicles, less than 5 minute walk to beach access. Walking distance to various eatery's, grocery stores, cleaners, barber , more!
