Description of the Santa Barbara vacation home rental
This West Beach Bungalo is close to the beach, harbor, State St. the Funk Zone, Santa Barbara City College and downtown. It is completely furnished and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Santa Barbara.

We have some bikes, a kayak and some other toys you might be able to use while staying in this West Beach Bungalo.

We are asking $225 per night for the house and you will need good communication skills to get a reservation. (Book far in advance)

We also rent the master bedroom for $125 per night and it stays pretty booked so you will need good communication skllls to reserve the master bedroom also.

The master bedroom has been booked through mid October which kind of ties up the whole house until then. We are anxious to do business with people off of Vactaion-Home-Rentals, so please contact us far in advance for October bookings.

Hope we can help you enjoy your stay in Santa Barbara and we really look forward to hearing from you.

Best Wishes!
Sincerely, Boat Rat Matt
Area Information
West Beach edges up to the harbor and obviously Santa Barbara's beautiful beach to the south. State Street and the Funk Zone are happening areas which are just a few steps to the East. Santa Barbara City College is a few steps to the West, and the train station is on the north side of Mission Creak which runs through the back yard.

This is a very convenient location. Everything you will need is within walking distance.
