• Deposits: 50% of the rent plus a damage deposit of $500 must be paid to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% are due 4 weeks prior to the rental start date. The deposit will be paid back typically within 1 week after the rental end date. The rental fee, excluding the deposit, will not be returned if the rental is canceled, unless the property is leased to another party for that period and price.
   
• Other Fees: The Rental Rate for the first 14 days is between $2,700 and $3,375, depending on the season and demand. Please add to all quoted Rental Rates the costs for cleaning every two weeks ($120 each) and/or $160 for the end term cleaning. Additional cleaning can be arranged at a cost of $120. There are no further costs. Thus the rent includes taxes and all utilities, i.e. electricity, gas, water, local phone calls, internet. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
