Description of the Santa Barbara vacation villa rental
This five bedroom home is adjacent to Montecito and is approx. 5600 sq.ft.. On the first floor of this lovely estate is a gourmet kitchen, library/formal dining room, and a master suite. Two other master suites are located on the second floor. Each of these suites has a full bathroom, fireplace and sitting area. All the rooms on the first level and the other two master suites have unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean! The one acre estate is surrounded by olive trees. A large black bottom pool and spa is completely enclosed by an English garden fence. A short five minute drive will get you to the beach. Six minutes will get you to the quaint downtown of Santa Barbara. In five minutes you will be at Coast Village Road in Montecito for fine dining and incredible shopping! Fifteen minutes will get you to the SB airport and a gorgeous 30 minute dribe over the moutain will get you to the wine country of the Santa Ynez Valley. Santa Barbara has over 300 sunshine days a year!
This property is $4500/wk., $16,500/mo. and a year rental is available and negotiable. There is a cleaning fee of $500.
A $2500 security deposit will hold your reservation.
Our property faces the Pacific Ocean and islands. Off the balcony of one of the master suites you can see a beautiful lake that is called our bird sanctuary. Thirty-two olive trees surround our fenced acre property. It is an idyllic garden setting...fruit trees and many flowering bushes and plants. We are located in the Eucalyptus Hill area and we have often been told that are unique setting reminds them of the French Riviera. Outside on the veranda there are many places to lounge or even to dine, and, of course, to enjoy the stunning views.
