3 Bedroom 2 Bath Newly Remodeled, and Beautifully Decorated Home Within Walking Distance To The Harbor and Beach, and Only A Mile And A Half To The Boardwalk and Downtown. Pride of ownership is evident from the moment you walk into this bright and beautiful home! An open floor plan greets you as you enter. The living room is adorned with a large comfortable sectional couch, Color Cable TV, and DVD Player. Your dining room table seats 6. The newly updated and fully stocked kitchen has brand new appliances for the chef in you. French doors lead you’re from the kitchen to a large deck with lovely patio furniture set for your enjoyment. Off of the living room is a hallway leading to two of the three bedrooms and a full bath. Our first bedroom is equipped with a double bed as well as a single bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. All mattresses are new. The full bath is nestled between the two bedrooms. Off of the kitchen the hallway leads you to a full bath, and semi-secluded bedroom adorned with a new queen sized bed. From this room there is a sliding glass door leading you out into the beautifully landscaped backyard. The lush grass, flower beds, and quaint patio area are a great addition to this home. Tenants also have a washer and dryer at their disposal. These very consciences owners have thought of it all! Don't miss out....summer vacations here are perfect for any family.
