WITHIN THE FIRST BLOCK TO THE BEACH, PLEASURE POINT BEACH COTTAGE IS YOUR OWN CHARMING PRIVATE BEACH COTTAGE. PRIVATE HOT TUB, BEACH BICYCLES, GAS GRILL AND MORE!

Welcome to our lovely Pleasure Point Beach Cottage (PPBC). Built in 1928 our adorable beach cottage is truly what old Santa Cruz is about. Quaint and cozy we are located in the best beach location in Santa Cruz (Pleasure Point). Just a block to the beach and surf, wake up and walk to the beach with your puppy and cup of Joe. While on your ocean walk, stroll over to our local market and coffee shop for a bite to eat. Just 2 minutes from world famous Capitola village, take the beach bikes that PPBC provides, and ride along the ocean to the village. Centrally located everything you need is right here- restaurants, surf shops, the new renovated Pleasure Point shopping center, Capitola mall. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is just 6 minutes down the road. Oh and you will definitely want to grab a slice at Pleasure Point Pizza. The cottage itself is why you love Santa Cruz. A white picket fence opens up to small brick patio. Mediterranean tiles lead to a queen size bed and a sliding glass back door opens to your own PRIVATE brick patio with w/bubbling jet HOT TUB. Recently remodeled PPBC has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and skylights in both the kitchen and the bathroom. With the special touch of Orchids throughout, this cottage is the perfect vacation to relax. Pets are welcome and your puppy will love the beach! Please no smoking. The cottage is perfect for a couple but will sleep up to 4 with an additional aerobeds provided. There are cozy leather chairs to kick back, read, watch cable or work on your lap top. PPBC is kid friendly and your pet is welcome. There is a Washer/Dryer, microwave, coffee maker, espresso maker, French Press and all kitchen amenities for you to arrive and be on vacation. We provide cable, DSL and Wireless Internet, a Stereo, vhs and dvd player.

Note: $75.00 house cleaning fee and $45.00 security waiver. Total payment will also include 10% hospitality tax. HOLIDAY RATES $199/night (3 night minimum)

What a perfect little getaway from San Francisco! We went hiking in the Santa Cruz Mtns in the morning when it was foggy, hit a winery or 2 on our way back, beach in the afternoon- great little place, esp. if you like to grill (bonus points for gas BBQ) and cook - Thanks Annie!

We loved this little cottage and the neighborhood was great - Close to the beach, Whole Foods and Capitola. We had our six year old daughter and it was great that we could use the bikes and only had to bring hers with us. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed at this place with our 2 year old daughter. It was both romantic and fun for my kid. Walking distance from the beach, and really close to all the fun places. But thing we loved most was the careful attention to detail that the owner had paid to make the place cozy and homely.

The Pleasure Point Beach Cottage is great. Everything you'll need for the classic Santa Cruz experience is close by. A quick walk down the block and you're on East Cliff with multiple surf spots to choose from. A short bike ride on the beach cruiser (that's included) and you're on 41st ave where you'll find great coffee, food, and shopping. And just a bit further down the road is the cute little town of Capitola. All that without even getting into my car. The property itself is a very cute and clean cottage, perfect for a weekend, or a week of the slow life. It was great to have a stocked kitchen which let me cook up a yummy dinner. I had such a good time I'm counting the days until I can return to PPBC.
