Description of the Santa Cruz vacation guesthouse rental

Wonderful vacation or yearly rental. One month minimum. Summer months of July, August,September and October $ 3,800 per month. Discount all other months to $ 3,500 per month. This beautiful home has ocean views and lovely exterior decks. View beautiful sunsets from your home or 360 views from the roof top sun deck. Enjoy the view of the Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz Mountains. This is a beautifully designed beach style home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The very open floorplan gives you lots of comfort space. Exquisite rose wood floors accent this home.The large Master bedroom has ocean view and a private bath. Closets have ample storage for you vacation items. There are two spacious baths with tub and shower. All of your conforms have been seen to. Linnins, T.V. Free Phone and cable are provided and all community amenities are availabl for your use. We offer a beautiful clubhouse with full kitchen for resident events, TV room and video library. The Community amenities feature a hot tub, year round heated pool and gym. You will enjoy the peacefulness of our 7 acres with less than 200 homes.
We are a senior community for guests 55+. No minors may vacation in the home. Children may visit guests on yearly rental agreements.

• Other Fees: Rental includes furnishings except bedding. Service for 8 persons. Two bedroom for 4 persons and couch space for possible additional guests. All utilities included in rental price.
