Wonderful ocean front lifestyle community of pre-built homes and resort amenities is nestled in the scenic anta Cruz hills and offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Our community is located just steps form the beach and the famous Monterey Bay bay. You'll enjoy the peace and serenity of our expansive seven acre community, whichencopasses less than 200 homes. You will experience meaningful interaction and build relations with other commuhity residents who share your same passion for oceanic beauty and beach style living. Enjoy our recent renovated, spacious clubhouse with a full kitchen ideal for fun resident events and happenings. Other amenities include a TV room, library, gym, and year round heated pool and spa. You'll be walking distance from trails to three lakes, ocean tide pools, beach shops , anddelectable local dinning. We are an adult community catering to guests 55+. Come visit our community and discover your own corner of paradise.
Our rentals have a 1 month minimum. Home # 53 is just a step away from beautiful ocean views. A front porch allows you to enjoy our mild coastal weather and observe the variety of area wildlife. Parking on the property for 2 cars.
The home has 2 bedrooom and 2 baths. It also has laundry facilities and all appliances needed for your vacation.
We have a large clubhouse with a full kitchen, library and T.V. room. Enjoy the outside heated pool year round or tuck in to our inside hot spa. The clubhouse also has a gym area and game area.
We are a senior community and our guests must be all adults with at lease one person the age of 55 years or older.

Not far from the surf break, are delectable cuisine, expansive shopping, outdoor bristos and invigorating galleries. The quintessential California beach town, Santa Cruz is known for its beautiful textured bluffs and scenic eucalyptus trees. The Surf Citys offbeat personality exudes vibrancy that is rarely seen elsewhere. The sidewalk artisits and musicians offer their rare talents and entertain with a fun and energetic flare. Enjoy our 29 miles of breathtaking beach that encompass activities and attractions including horseback riding, whale watching, wineries, golf, and theater just to name a few.

There is no place like the Monterey Bay. Santa Cruz is at the top of the Bay and across from Monterey. We have a little warmer climate than the Monterey City area.
Santa Cruz had many fine restaurants on the warf and through out the town. The Santa Cruz Boardwalk and summer weekend concerts are a special attraction. Very near is the Santa Cruz Marina with two of the best restaurants in the area. Visit the local beach towns od Capitola, Soquel and Aptos.
Also within 15 minuets you are in the redwoods with many places to hike and explore. Within 45 mins you can be in Monterey and Carmel with many fine shops.

The Monterey Bay offers a wide variety of wildlife. Two times a year the four groups of whales pass our park. Dolphin and sea lions play in the waters here and at the Santa Cruz Warf. Otters live at our tide pools and can be seen every evening feeding. We have water birds and wetland birds and every other variety to observe. Next door we have a marine lab with educational tours. We are also next to Natural Bridges State Park where the Monarch butterflies arrive every year. Lots to see and do here.

• Deposits: Call De Anza Santa Cruz for an application. A damage-secirity-cleaning deposit of $1,000 is required when reservations are made and payment in full is required 2 weeks before check-in. Home is available for multi month rentals also. Year round rates are $ 3,500 per month. Some months may offer special rates.
   
• Other Fees: All utilities are free as well as use of all facilities. Home has 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Living room sofa can be used for additional guests. Service for 8 in home.

We had a great holiday in the Santa Cruz area. The vacation home was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and had all of the amenities. We look forward to visiting the area again.
