This is a Fantastic Oceanside Beachhouse. The main living area is on the upper level and is equipped to handle large groups for dinner and entertaining. It is ideal for wedding parties and family reunions. All of the furnishings are deluxe and the decorating is more like a B&B than a vacation rental.
Then, there's that view..... from the main living area you can see from Monterey to Santa Cruz with sunsets right in the middle. Whales and Dolphins and Sea Otters abound. You can use our binoculars to watch the fishing boats and surfers or you can just watch and listen to the waves pounding in below you.

Fully furnished kitchen with pot and pans and toasters and microwaves, blenders and mixers and cork screws and ....
All the linens and towels that 11 people can use in a week and then an extra set if you need them.
Tv's and vcrs/DVD players, Stereo and board games.
Washer and dryer and beach toys.
A weber kettle for BBQ's and wood for the fireplace and more!

The Layout is as follows:
Upstairs: living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 queen bedrooms, bathroom with shower over tub. The main entrance is here also with the ramp from the parking lot.

Downstairs: Master bedroom with King bed and a trundle bed and a private bath with tub/shower and a private dressing area. also a bedroom with twin beds and a rollaway bed, a hallway bath with shower, and the washer/dryer. There is a sliding glass door to the beach path.

Our unit (#6) is larger than any of the other 4 bedroom units due to an 8 foot addition to both floors. This makes the living room and master bedroom very roomy.

We can offer you our "beachhouse" for $520 per night plus cleaning of $125 during the summer season. weekly rate is $3120. (except holidays which are 15% higher).

Area Description

This is a beautiful California coastal area on Monterey Bay. It is the playground of the Pacific. All of the ocean and beach activities are available within minutes and the beach and ocean are 100 steps away. There are world class golf courses in nearby Monterey as well as The Laguna Seca raceway.
