booking but disappointed for a number of reasons: the ad promised a firepit and 3 grills. The former did not exist and the latter were there but unusable (broken and filthy). Worse yet, kitchen and bathrooms were in dire need of a thorough cleaning (kitchen filthy, pink slime on shower curtain). Since we were a group of 13, including 7 kids rearing to play on the beach, we decided to adapt. Ordinarily I would have given a 3. However, instead of being expected upon arrival, someone else was scheduled to stay in the unit during the time we had booked. For about 30 minutes we were not sure whether we could check in at all. In addition, when I wrote a friendly note to the owner afterward to convey our experience and without making demands for a discount, I did not even receive a response.

Setup is perfect for families with young children as there are lots of toys to play with, a little sand pit out the back door and a short walk to the beach and rec center. Not a lot of living space for large groups, but owner was gracious enough to offer air mattresses which were greatly appreciated. Kitchen well equipped. Not fancy, but everything necessary was available. Overall a great place
This is a fantastic place! The locationand views can't be beat!
