Description of the Santa Cruz vacation villa rental

VILLA GENEROSA: This spectacular Bay Area property is the perfect setting for an ideal vacation. Located in the Santa Cruz Mountains, the Villa is secluded on 6 private acres with towering redwoods and breathtaking views! The house is freshly remodeled and Zen serene. Relax in the Villa’s open living room, with wood-burning fireplace and gorgeous mountain views. The Villa offers premium comfort - no detail is overlooked. Luxury Posturepedic Pillowtop Beds, & 100% cotton linens make your stay as comfortable as a fine hotel. Ideal for romantic get-aways, or vacations with friends and family.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The Villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The Master Bedroom with attached bathroom has the utmost privacy on one end of the house. Queen Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located off of the DayRoom which has a Twin Bed & Trundle. (The DayRoom has doors which close off from the rest of the house as well, giving guests who use the sofa bed in the Living Room complete privacy.)

KITCHEN & DINING: The new gourmet kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, and a state-of-the-art propane grill on the deck adds to your culinary choices. Whether cooking or dining indoors (or out on the deck) the view is an essential ingredient! Fully equipped kitchen allows you to make any feast the holiday season inspires! Your tabletop will be picture-perfect with linens, full bistro place-settings, wine-glasses, and seasonal centerpiece. Your gathering will be as beautiful as it is memorable!

ENTERTAINMENT: A Wide-Screen Plasma TV, Direct TV with HBO & Showtime, TiVo & DVD-CD Player. A library of popular DVDs is there for your use, (including family & age-appropriate DVDs for young children.) Free wireless Internet Access.

OUTDOOR FUN: Be sure to try your hand at Bocce (see Bocce Courtyard below.) Whether you are a Bocce aficionado or a first time player you are certain to enjoy this great outdoor game! Later indulge in a Jacuzzi hot tub on the deck overlooking the stunning Santa Cruz Mountains!

EVENTS & PARTIES: If you would like to host a private party on the property (definition: the invitation of additional guests - other than those staying at the Villa) please let us know. Our Bocce Ball Entertainment Courtyard and Generosa Party Cabana is perfectly suited for small celebrations & gatherings. Private wine-tasting is also available. Specify the event you have in mind with number of guests, for a quote! (Ample parking & event maps are available.)

SPECIAL ARRIVAL ARRANGEMENTS: If you are arriving late in the evening and would like the kitchen stocked with morning essentials, such as coffee, cream, & choice of breakfast fare – for an additional fee this can be done for you. Likewise, if this is a romantic occasion and you want to impress someone with their favorite flowers or champagne – let us know!

The first thing I noticed was that the house and the view looked EXACTLY like they did in the pictures...awesome! Truly had a wonderful stay at Villa Generosa. The house has all of the amenities one could ask for and just feels so comfortable and relaxing from the get go. Loved the fireplace (with plenty of wood supplied), the hot tub (don't miss the view of the stars at night), the beds (softest linens ever) and the peace and quiet. The fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals a snap and the big ol' sectional in the living room was perfect for lounging in front of the big screen TV. Would book again in a heartbeat!
