Beautifully decorated and newly furnished 2/2 condo with full size kitchen, separate living room(with fireplace), separate dining room and full- size washer/dryer in a separate utility room. Both bedrooms offer queen size beds and the living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa. Condo is in the gated Zia Vista Condo complex, about 10 minutes from Santa Fe's downtown plaza and 5 minutes from Santa Fe's newest shopping mall. Zia Vista offers a community clubhouse, pool, fitness/exercise room, tennis courts,hot tub, BBQ grills and sauna. MINIMUM ONE MONTH RENTAL. Discount provided for multiple month rentals.
Area Information
Santa Fe is the arts capital of the Southwest with the famous Santa Fe Opera performing in the summer, the Indian arts market year- round at the Plaza, the famous Old Canyon Road concentration of hundreds of art galleries, the gourmet restaurants, the Santa Fe Ski Basin 20 minutes away and the Santa Fe Fiesta on Labor Day weekend.Santa Fe is at an elevation of 8k feet and offers cool summer days to enjoy the nearby Santa Fe National Forest on the edge of the city and the sports of the winter.Santa Fe is 50 minutes north of Albuquerque (closest airport) which hosts the annual international hot air ballon festival.
