This adorable one bedroom, one bath condo (780 sf) is a one-story end unit at the very end of Griffin Street. Less than a mile from the plaza, it's close enough to walk to attractions such as the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, the Fine Art Museum and the Palace of the Governors, but far enough away that you won't be overrun with tourists at the end of the day!
The living room has a kiva fireplace, skylight and massive vigas. Large windows and a sliding glass door make the room light and bright during the day. The couch has a pullout full-size bed. The full kitchen has an electric stove, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a host of small appliances, dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils. There is a washer/dryer combo tucked in a hall closet, and the bath, with shower/tub combo has handmade tile. There are four more skylights in the condo. The bedroom has a new king-size bed and a convenient walk-in closet. Outside, you have your own private patio next to Rosario Arroyo and ringed with coyote fencing. An off-street reserved parking spot is next to the condo. Only one wall adjoins another unit, and that's usually empty since the owners live out of state. The entire condo has just been refurnished and has new small appliances, TV, bed, towels, linens, etc. Please note there's no A/C, although fans are provided.
NON-SMOKING UNIT. Strong perfumes, scented candles etc. are also discouraged for the comfort of those with sensitivities and allergies. Small pets considered. By day and week only.

Within walking distance of the Plaza, Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, Museum of Fine Art, Palace of the Governors, Awakening Museum, Inst. of American Indian Arts Museum, St. Francis Cathedral, Lensic Theater, Sweeney Convention Center, dozens of galleries, shops and restaurants. Short drive (or longer hike) to Canyon Road, Railyard area, Museum Hill, Children's Museum. Hour's drive or less to Abiquiu, Chimayo, Truchas, Pecos, Las Vegas NM, about 1 1/2 hours to Taos.
