This vacation property was wonderful! The house had everything we could think of that would be needed. A nice walk to the center of Santa Fe's Historic District. We were especially happy with the private, enclosed yard, which we were able to just open the door and let our collie go in and out and he enjoyed laying outside without us having to worry about him! Only thing would be that if you bring 2 cars, the parking is very tight IF the other units are also in use.

We stayed at this wonderful home for our anniversary. The location was perfect, the house clean and very comfortable. We were also able to bring our dog. Not sure who enjoyed our stay the most? Thanks Wendy, we will be back! Susan, Brett and Taylor

Sweet albeit too crowded

Lovely, awesome location. however too crowded with furniture, had to move the couch to sit at the table and there was an additional dresser that should have been removed. This cute little abode does not sleep 4! Unless they are toddlers or small children. There was a $75.00 cleaning fee which seemed exorbitant as the place could not have taken more than an hour to clean. Needs a broom and a cutting board for guests. Lovely little kitchenette, cute dishes and comfy bedding although the bed ruffle was slightly tattered and moldy looking in places. I know I sound harsh but if you want a review then I am giving an honest one. Lovely upscale dirt road in the heart of Santa Fe. Overall very charming.

very pretty home, comfortable bedroom, well stocked kitchen with everything needed for cooking even salt, pepper, olive oil etc., great for couple or single.
did not stay because owner non-negotiable

called to discuss extended stay discount but owner seemed perplexed by the subject and then unwilling to discuss longer stay rates and instead tried to turn the conversation into her ability to downscale us to a less expensive and/or smaller rental rather than offering a discount on multiple week stay as most others do. We were not looking for a 'cheap' place but rather for a nice place since we planned to stay multiple weeks AND most owners in the biz understand that and give a discount for such. So, if that is your situation, don't waste your time calling if you are staying more than a few days ... instead look for an owner who understands this basic rental concept IF you are looking for a place to stay for more than a few days or a week max.
Comfy in Santa Fe

Property was better than pictured. Beautiful decor, comfy beds, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Only negative was taking out trash at 6:00 in the morning which was unnecessary because trash was put up night before by others and not picked up by 10:30. Location was great! Neighborhood was very quiet and views were nice.

While this is a cute place, it does not match the discription on line. The location and details did not match the info on line.

I would return to Casa Azul and in fact would rearrange plans in order to stay there. It has a great location and is furnished beautifully. I felt safe and very comfortable. The private, enclosed court yard was a plus and I used it alot. Denise, owner, was so helpful and a delightful person. If you are going to Abq. by all means stay here...you won't be anything but satisfied and comfortable.

OK but not as nice as our previous casita rental: dishes were missing pieces, bathroom shower light was out and mold in shower, dining table kept coming apart, and one living room lamp was missing the light bulb. Outside table and chairs were not situated for comfortable use. Distance to the plaza was convenient and the bed was comfortable. We love Santa Fe and come an average of every two years. We have been spoiled on previous visits.
