Casa Encanto and Casa Carlota are Beautiful, Authentic Adobe home located on a quiet street (just a few houses apart) in the heart of Santa Fe’s historic Eastside, only a block away from the art galleries and shops of Canyon Road (5 min. walk), and a short walk to the Santa Fe Plaza (10 min. walk.)

Filled with old Southwest charm, this beautiful homes ere built over 100 years ago and recently remodeled with superior quality, tasteful interior design, and beautiful décor.
Double adobe walls, wood vigas throughout, stone, hardwood and brick floors express the ultimate in Santa Fe style, giving you the perfect combination of comfort and elegant architecture.

CASA ENCANTO features 3 comfortable bedrooms ( 1 king and 2 Queens ), 2 full baths with SPA jacuzzi bath tubs and showers and a PRIVATE outdoor HOT TUB, 3 kiva fireplaces a cozy living room and a wonderful full equipped kitchen.
There is a beautiful walled, safe and private flagstone patio/garden (just off the living room and kitchen) with a fountain, BBQ, outdoor dining table, where you can relax and enjoy a meal or refreshments.
Follow the flagstone pathway to the outdoor Hot Tub. It is completely private and can make for a wonderfully romantic evening or an après ski rejuvenation with friends.
The comfortable living room features another kiva fireplace, as well as a 42-inch flat screen TV with a DVD player.

CASA ENCANTADA s a lovely and cozy Casita located in the same, beautiful and peaceful street as Casa Encanto. it features and 1 comfortable bedroom ( 1 queen ) and 1 bathroom The open plan kitchen/dining room/living room, with the bar separating the kitchen allows to simultaneously cook and entertain. The lush, large and relaxing flagstone patio/ garden is very private, safe and peaceful and features BBQ, fountain and outdoor dining table.

Casa Encanto and Casa Encantada are Located on a beautiful quiet street in the heart of the famous Santa Fe’s historic Eastside district. This luxury homes are a block away from the art galleries and shops of Canyon Road, and a short walk to the Santa Fe Plaza.
Casa Encanto and case Carlota are within walking distance (2 min. walk) of anything and everything including the famous downtown subscription, the Eastside meating place for coffee, NY Times and tons of magazines and kaune's Grocery(3 min walk),and the most famous neighborhood grocery with anything you could need.

We love Santa Fe and it was so nice to be walking distance to the Historic Plaza and all that it has to offer. We had a lot of snow and some ice while we were there and have restaurants you could walk to as opposed to driving made life much easier. We would go back again!

Our group of five friends stay at Casa Encanto was truly a wonderful experience. The photo's on the website do not do it justice. Everything inside and outside the house was so thought out and nicely done. The kitchen is big and great for cooking meals. The owners are incredibly nice and were very helpful in making our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here, and I hope we can make it back again in the future.
