Great apartment!

Attractive, immaculate, cute apartment. Very comfortable bed. We will rent this apartment again! Owners live on the premises and are helpful when needed otherwise privacy is respected. The only issue is the television or maybe the cable company. It works but not smoothly.

Truly offers all it advertises. A sunny, tranquil oasis in a beautiful, lively, up-scale neighborhood. Un-fussy, but super- comfortable and clean living quarters. The home offers every convenience - doubt you will want for anything. Owners available but offer utmost privacy. Local grocery store and restaurants within walking distance are all an adventure! Would definitely repeat this visit.

We enjoyed staying in this roomy apartment which came with all the comforts of home. Nearby parking on the street was sometimes an issue (we are 2 seniors) but everything else was excellent and deserves a 5 star rating.

We were very pleased with our stay. The rental was more spacious than we imagined from the photos and very well equipped with everything we needed including cooking tools and bathroom essentials. We brought along our 1 year old and the owners supplied us plenty of baby gear, toys, safety supplies, beach gear, etc. Excellent location very near the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and more. We spent lots of time out on the beautiful patio. Owners were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent accommodation; great location

I would highly recommend this apartment. It has a spacious feel, is tastefully decorated, and is very well-equipped and comfortable. My husband and I brought our 6-month old baby along and the charming owners were very helpful in providing a cot, highchair, walker, change mat and floor playmats for our use - this was beyond what we expected and was much appreciated. The apartment is in a safe, attractive area and is a short stroll into Palisades village where there are high quality cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. We love running and hiking, and the location couldn't have been better for both because Temescal Canyon Park is a couple of blocks away (beautiful views over the city and ocean), and the beach is only a short run/walk away. We also found that the proximity to the Pacific Coast Highway was perfect for traffic-free drives up to Malibu and the Santa Barbara wine region, as well as an easy trip into the rest of the city itself. All in all, a great apartment in an excellent location, run by helpful and friendly owners who are more than willing to share their local knowledge.

My wife and I have stayed with Paliguest twice and will return often to visit family in the area. We've stayed in both apartments and couldn't be happier. The property is very well maintained and located just a few steps from Pacific Palisades' shopping and restaurant area. We love to take morning walks through the neighborhood to the top of the palisades for a panoramic view of the beach stretching from Malibu down past Santa Monica. Hiking trails in Temescal Canyon begin a couple blocks away. Both apartments are unique, comfortable, clean and fully equiped. We definitely recommend Paliguest.

I can highly recommend this apartment! Birds are singing in the morning, you an go for a hike into temescal canyon just minutes away. The apartment is clean and nice, everything you need is there, incluind frash fruits when you arrive :)

For anyone looking to stay in a lovely peaceful area, this is the place. The apartment is clean and spacious with all the amenities you could ask for and more. It is situated in a great area, away from all the hustle and bustle, with great access to shops, restuarants and the beach. I highly recommend it!
