Our home is located in Old Florida Cottages, Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The dwellingis a 3 story, 4 BR, 3 Bath home that is a short walk to the beach. We have covered balconies that have beautiful Gulf views and a centrally located neighborhood pool just a few steps from our front door. Our home has a maximum occupancy of 10, is for non-smokers only, and no pets are allowed.

On the Gulf side of 'Scenic 30-A , our home is ideal for guests who like quick and easy access to the beach (short stroll), beautiful Gulf views and family-friendly accommodations. Our cottage has four bedrooms and a tower room which makes a great play room or even another sleeping area for the kids. You will be enchanted by our neighborhood, Old Florida Cottages, with its beautifully landscaped lanes and centrally located pool.

Play a round of golf at nearby Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, or bike the path that runs the length of 30-A. Explore Seaside, Grayton Beach State Park or any of the other beach communities, lakes or state parks in the area or just spend an afternoon shopping at one of the charming boutiques or local art stands at Gulf Place which is just down the road.
