Description of the Santa Rosa Beach vacation home rental

INCREDIBLE VACATION RENTAL...SLEEPS 6...ON THE WATER...20 MINUTES FROM PANAMA CITY BEACH!!!

We have a wonderful two bedroom cabin sitting on the Choctawhatchee Bay overlooking the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets...after you've had fun at Thunder Beach (see the happenings below)!!! Our vacation rental thrives on being a 'home' and not a condo crammed right next to folks you don't know ;O) Have privacy on YOUR vacation!

Huck 'n Tom's Vacation Place is a fun retreat from your daze at the beach, the rally, shopping (we're minutes from Silver Sands Outlet)! Santa Rosa Beach is a happening vacation spot with the most beautiful scenary and close to Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Sandestin, SeaScape, Destin and so many other happening places! Again, we're 20 minutes from Panama City Beach!

Okay...here's the details: 4-night minimum @ $99 a night plus cleaning fee of $150. Must be paid and received in advance via postal money order or via paypal (you do not have to have a paypal account to use this service ;O)
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. A security deposit of $100 is also required and is refundable after home inspection. We know this is a great deal...especially since Panama City Beach is booked! With six folks staying here, it's about $25 per person a night (including cleaning fee)! WHAT A DEAL!!!

Layout of home is as follows: King size bed in downstairs bedroom; double bed in upstairs bedroom and queen size futon in living room! GREAT DECK to watch pelicans, dolphins and other Florida wildlife...have a cup of coffee; lunch; dinner...enjoy a drink or two (Smoking's allowed ONLY outside the home)! Deck has seating for eight!

Huck n Tom's Vacation Place is a true sanctuary! We saw so many pelicans and dolphins, which was very exciting! The home is an ecletic mix of art forms and so very comfortable! So much nicer than a condo or hotel room!! We have told others of this wonderful space and look forward to other vacations here!
