The perfect location for wedding parties, anniversaries, reunions, family events and other gatherings, every detail of this custom three story home with private carriage house has been designed with your beach vacation and entertaining pleasure in mind.

This beautiful, casually elegant 8 bedroom 6 bath private home has a Beach House with 6 bedrooms/5 baths and a 2 bedroom/1 bath Carriage House. The Home is brand new and has just been completed. The property sleeps 19 in beds and can accommodate 8 more in convertible sofas. (For groups desiring even more capacity, we know a couple of places nearby)

The spacious home features 10 foot ceilings throughout, upscale, casually elegant decor by a professional interior designer and a true chef's gourmet kitchen equipped with a commercial style DCS range with six burners, Griddle and double ovens. Two dishwashers as well as an icemaker and a large French-Door refrigerator (you can fit party platters and frozen pizzas!) round out the kitchen equipment.

Each floor has it's own private living room area. The main living/entertaining area is part of the second floor great room, has panoramic gulf views, & a relaxing "Tommy Bahama" theme, HUGE LCD TV with True HD and built in Surround Sound. The dining table is stunning with it's dual chandeliers, and with available leaves will seat up to 16. The bar area and screened-in dining porch can comfortably seat an additional 12. The large wrap around decks run the full length of the house and also access the pool and grill area.

In addition to the great room and Kitchen/dining areas, the second level also has a King bedroom with beautiful beach and pool views.

The Third floor has two bedrooms. From the luxurious Master bedroom and it's private observation deck you will see incredible Gulf views for miles. Plush decor includes oversized comfy chairs, luxurious poster bed and a large private bathroom with jetted tub and double vanity. A real "treat" is the spacious tile shower (big enough for 2!) with it's own window from which you can gaze over the beautiful beach while you shower! The second bedroom on the third floor is also incredibly charming with a King bed, windows directly overlooking the gulf and it's own private entrance to the second observation deck.

The third floor "observation lounge" has a 42" LCD TV with surround sound & a mini kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, wet bar and fridge, and an observation deck from which you will be treated to breathtaking sunsets and views of the Gulf/Beaches.

The first floor has an entry with foyer and living area, full wrap around porch, and three bedrooms. A Master bedroom with King bed, an adorable room with a Queen bed and twin-over-full bunk , another King bedroom, and a laundry area with large front load washer/dryer. The living area is designed to keep kids of all ages entertained and offers a large LCD TV with a Sony Playstation 2 and DVD player, and a mini kitchen of it's own.

The Carriage House is charming and offers additional privacy with it's own fully equipped kitchen, Laundry center, king bedroom and twin bunkroom (with it's own playstation and LCD TV). It has it's own spacious living area with convertible sofa and you'll be treated to relaxing gulf views from every room.

Nestled between the House and the carriage house is a large paver patio and a private heated pool with waterfall for your enjoyment. You'll love grilling on the large stainless gas grill with two separate grill stations (one infrared for hi-temp meat searing) and side burner. Beautiful paver driveway and Parking area is very generous and will easily fit 6+ cars

You'll have the time of your life while staying at Forever Views, and you'll want to return again and again! We are looking forward to your visit!

You'll be able to easily walk to the beach, For those times you prefer to shuttle all your beach gear instead of walking, we a lso have one of the nicest beach accesses in the area with excellent free parking and a bath-house right around the corner.. about a 30-40 second drive. There is also a grat bike path which runs right along the beach.

If you like.. you can also walk over to famous "Stinky's Fish Camp" and "Lake Place" restaurants. The shops and restaurants of Gulf Place & the exciting new Grand Boulevard (Flemings Steak House, Tommy Bahama's Restaurant, Orvis, PF Changs, Mitchells Fish Market, Publix and more) are only a few minutes away by car. Seaside is nearby and it's only about 12 minutes to the famous Silver Sands Outlets. You'll have plenty of fun things to do in the area!
