On the gulf side of 30A, this home has a beautiful gulf view from the tower. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches.

This 2500 sq.foot home has a living room, dining room and a large spacious kitchen, plenty of room for several cooks.
The first floor has a large queen suite with an adjacent bathroom that has a walk in, rainfall shower.

The next level includes a spacious master bedroom with built in cabinets and a window seat. Its bath has a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Another bedroom is a queen suite with private bath. The bunkroom has two custom bunk beds and uses a full bath in the hall. There is also a covered deck.

The third level is a tower with plenty of room. It has a wet bar, icemaker, refrigerator,wine cooler and comfortable built in benches. There is a large deck that views the gulf. View is amazing and a perfect place for star gazing and sun bathing.

The back of the home has a large deck that is ideal for cookouts and an enclosed outside shower. Brick pavers lead to a large pergalo that provides shade and privacy to enjuoy a hot tub for six. There is a grassy lawn and oak trees that canopy another small deck.

This property is on the gulf side of Hwy 30A. There are many popular restaurants near this home, with the locals favorite restaurant for seafood, The Old Florida Fish House. Home is located midway between Destin and Panama City Beach. Fishing and golf is a popular drawing card for this area. Lots of bike trails.
