Description of the Santa Rosa Beach vacation home rental

Third and fourth week in August and last three weeks in September are open!

Absolutely beautiful home overlooking turquoise gulf and huge white beaches. This 34,000 sq.ft. home sleeps 12, has five bedrooms, three king-size bedrooms including two master suites, one queen-size bedroom, and one with 4 bunks. Three of the bedrooms offer spectacular floor-to-ceiling gulf views. All bedrooms have their own private baths, and the first floor master boasts a large bathroom with a jacuzzi.

The large first floor greatroom has charming, comfortable seating, a fireplace and a dining area with a large table, easily seating twelve. The kitchen is completely supplied with great appliances and all the utensils and place settings you could possibly need! A sandroom/laundry room and a powder room are also located on the first floor. Alarge oudoor, private, mahogany-louvered shower is perfect for showering after the beach. The first floor deck is screened and has another dining area.

The second floor deck offers breath-taking views of the beach and gulf. On this level there is a second living area with seating, entertainment area, refrigerator, ice maker and juice bar.

A community pool is available as well as a community dock for kayaking or canoeing.

Area Information

Santa Rosa Beach is just east of Water Color and Seaside. It is known for its large, beautiful white beaches,sea oat-covered dunes, and its friendly family atmosphere. This home is located in Old Florida Beach, a beach front community. Gulf Place Town Center has shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Bike paths follow along nearby Scenic Highway 30A. Draper Lake, one of the many dune lakes in the area,is adjacent to Old Florida Beach. The Santa Rosa Beach Club is one mile to the west and has a great public gulf course. The Grand Boulevard shopping and restaurant is a lovely mall on Rt.98,close to Old Forida Beach.

The picturesque village of Baytowne Wharf is just 7 miles away in Sandestin. This resort area has gulf courses, restaurants and shops. Deep sea fishing and water sports can be found in Destin.

WE ARE ALSO THE SAME DISTANCE TO THE N W FLORIDA BEACHES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (Panama City).

What an amazing week! Your home is amazing and a perfect fit. It has all the perfect features for a beach vacation. Thank you SO much for sharing it with us.

We returned here, our 2nd visit, but this time for TWO WEEKS! I love my bedroom upstairs, with all the windows it seems we are surrounded by the ocean. I feel like I am on the beach. It is beautiful, calm, and light in that room. Also I love how well apppointed your kitchen is most anything we need. Access to the beach is so easy. It was uncrowded as usual. We went hunting for crabs at dark with 6 year old twins. Thank you again for sharing it with us.

We stayed at Old Florida Beach for the past 15 years at vacation homes and Boardwalk is our favorite. You have done an incredible job of making your home feel comfortable and welcoming. Thank you for sharing such a great place!
