Description of the Santa Rosa Beach vacation townhouse rental

**Newly Renovated- New Kitchen and floors, new paint, beautiful new sliders and more!

2 Families or extended, will be able to stretch out with privacy with 2 Large Bedrooms on each floor.
Large Master Bedrooms have private lounge decks facing beautiful Gulf Views.Enjoy a spacious well stocked kitchen with pantry, breakfast bar,dining and living room combination with half bath.
Down the hall from each Master bedroom is another large bedroom with 2 Full sized beds in each, Private full baths in EACH room, and large walk in closets. Some of our guests children have used the walk in closets as club houses.

Sleeps 12 people comfortably in beds.
Our home is decorated so you know you are at the beach with tasteful colorful linens and fun and funky local art.
Only 200 yds to quiet beach access. The home is directly in front of one of 2 large pools, so you can sit on your deck and sip a frosty drink while your family enjoys the pool.

We offer protected motion lit parking for 2 cars below our unit, as well as additional on site parking. Our grounds are lushly landscaped and you feel as if you are in a resort setting, but with all the conveniences of home.
We will provide you with area information, the best restaurants for young and old, and activities for all, so you will have the vacation of a lifetime! Please feel free to ask us about area attractions, golf courses, and children's activities.

Area Information

Walton County is home to rare dune lakes only found in remote parts of Africa. A large part of the County is designated State Forest Preserve with many State Parks to explore, hike, bird watch, canoe, and fish in. There is a build out limit of 50 feet in height, so there is no high rise blight. A bicycle path runs along 30A, designated a scenic corridor.

Fantastic Property!

What can I say about this FANTASTIC property! My family and I have always vacationed in Destin, but recently it has become too crowded, and basically not worth the money we spent on a “peaceful” vacation. But then we found this place in Santa Rosa Beach, a short drive from Destin, but very private, friendly, and family orientated! We received all the benefits of the “big” Destin vacation without any of the hassle. This property not only worked for my numerous siblings, but we were also able to bring my 5-year old nephew! He was so thrilled to have a home right outside the pool and hot tub, and of course, within a 2 minute walk to the beach, which, not being crowded, he was able to truly enjoy! This property is perfectly situated near adorable little shops and restaurants, all within a few moments’ walk. The local restaurant and activity guide that Donna provided was extremely helpful! I have never had a vacation that I felt more secluded, but at the same time, within walking distance of everything I could need. I would highly recommend this property, not only for the views and prime real estate, but because the people and culture are truly one of a kind!

Q:How far is the beach?

A:The beach is a 3 minute walk, approximately 250 yds.on a quiet street. No parking is allowed at our beach access, therefore, it is not crowded.

Q:Where is the pool?

A:The pool is directly in front of the house, literally, steps from the door. Next to the pool are two gas grills for your use. On the other side of the pool is sand volleyball. Also, don't forget to bring your rackets, we have a tennis court, too!
