You will fall in love with this beach house! This incredible six bedroom, five bathroom, beach house has everything you can possibly need for a great vacation or having a family gathering. This house located on the South Side (Beachside) of Hwy. 30A, has panoramic gulf views and only steps to the beach. You will also enjoy the beautiful, private, heated, swimming pool with a fountain spray and the mist from the beach. In the evenings, you will just have to relax and enjoy the large roof top deck which can be used for dining, sun bathing or just enjoying the incredible panoramic Gulf Views. You will like the convenience of the mini fridge and sink, and dining table for 6 located on this deck as well.

This property actually has 2 separate units with their own living areas, bedrooms, and kitchens, so you can split up some of your party to provide additional privacy if needed. On the first floor, the first living area has 2 bedrooms, (1 King Size bedroom with a private bathroom and another King Size bedroom which shares the hall bathroom), a Large Den area with Flat Screen Television, a Queen sleeper sofa, Full size Kitchen ,and Washer and Dryer accommodations.

The main house starts out on the second floor with 3 bedrooms and a large laundry room. One bedroom is equipped with 2 Pyramid bunk beds, which have a single bed on top and a double bed on the bottom, which can provide sleeping for 6 in this room alone. The other two bedrooms on this floor both have a King Size bed and one bedroom has a private bathroom while the other shares the hall bathroom. The main living area is located on the third floor. Along with a King Size bedroom and bathroom, it also comprises of a large kitchen area, a 12 foot table which can accommodate 14 people at one time, a separate den area with a 42” Flat Screen TV/DVD, a Queen Sleeper sofa, a stereo system, outdoor covered deck overlooking the Gulf , as well as a beautiful view of the Gulf Front grass Lawn.

All bedrooms are equipped with a Television (mostly Flat Screen LCD TVs) and are professional decorated to maximize your comfort. This property has just completed a major renovation which included all new furniture, painting inside and outside, new kitchen cabinets, addition of crown molding, new decking, hurricane resistant windows and doors and even a new roof…so this property is basically brand new! There is a waffle maker and all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen to enjoy during your stay. Wireless DSL Internet service available at no extra charge. Most importantly, you will enjoy the short walk to the beach via a private beach access and the incredible Gulf Views from the large roof top deck.
