It is about 5 minutes away from beautiful Paradise Ridge winery, 10 minutes from Sonoma County wineries, petrified forest + Safari West wildlife preserve, 15 minutes from Napa Valley wineries, old faithful geyser + Calistoga hot springs and about 1 hour from San Francisco. Beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bath in a classy and one of the best area of Santa Rosa with fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave oven, a gas BBQ grill, picnic tables, TV, DVD player, library of books and movies, a wood stove with wood provided, new high quality carpet, A/C, washer, dryer and newly remodeled bathroom with a tub. No pets. $160/weekday,$180/weekend night, $200/holiday night,$980/week + $45 cleaning fee. Sleeps up to 5 people. $20extra per person over 4 people.One queen size bed, one full size futon couch bed, one roll away bed.
