Renovated, turn-of-the-century farmhouse, with a 7' wrap-a-round porch, decking, outdoor kitchen with dining area (covered), and an outdoor wood burning oven. Located approximately 4 miles west of the Santa Rosa city limits on 20, uncultivated acres. Surrounded by trees and vineyards, the house is in the middle of the Russian River Valley Wine Country, Sonoma County.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but currently we are not available for rental. We are adding a gorgeous "water tower," a 3 story building; 2-car garage and 2 bedrooms with full baths and gas fireplaces.

The house is located about 8 miles from highway 101, approximately 6 miles from highway 12, and 2 miles from the 116, Granvenstein Highway. Napa, Sonoma, Guerneville, and Jenner are all about 30 mins. drive. The ocean, Bodega Bay, other beach communities & state parks are within an hour's drive away. San Francisco takes anywhere from 45 mins. to an hour and a half, traffic depending. Wherever you're heading, it's almost guaranteed to be a beautiful day trip.
