This charming bunkhouse aka, guest house is located on a 100 acre horse ranch in the heart of Santa Ynez's wine country. The house is situated in a private area of our ranch with horse pastures abounding. The house is a single story ranch type with carpeting and tile floors. It is bright and airy with views of the sunrise to the sunset. The rest of the ranch serves as an equine retirement facility with many sweet and elderly equines munching on grass. It is a very peaceful and tranquil setting.

While our property makes one feel like they are miles from civilization, Buellton's Town Center is just 1 mile from us. Buellton is part of 5 communities that comprise the Santa Ynez Valley, just 12 mile from the coast. The Santa Ynez Valley, most recently made famous by several movies filmed here, is home to many beautiful vineyards, wineries and horse ranches.
