Description of the Santa Ynez vacation home rental

��The Home On Cota Street �� was built in 1990 and is situated on a hill very close to down town Santa Ynez. I used to love to walk with the boys into town (about 5 minutes) and get hot chocolate at the coffee bean or ice cream from the corner store.

When you arrive, the house is very unassuming, concealing its three levels and beautiful views. The kitchen, family room, Dinning room and Living room are all located on the upper (or street level) There is also ½ bath and laundry room located on this floor.

Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on one side of the house divided from the other three bedrooms by a hallway. The master bedroom has a full bathroom, a large closet, and opens to the back deck. It has a King size bed.

There is another full bathroom next to the other three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have view ��s, one of which also opens to the back deck. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a trundal bed which can be used as a king size bed or two twin beds. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

There is a BBQ outside on the upper deck with wonderful views of the valley.

In the back yard, but still in full view from all decks, There is a heated, above ground, pool that is surrounded by a redwood deck. There is also a hot tub located just close enough to the pool so you can watch the kids yet far enough away so you can relax and not get splashed.

surrounding mountains, this home was designed for entertainment and family enjoyment.
Dine on the second story deck with beautiful views or BBQ poolside while taking a dip in
your own private pool.

Wine tasting and winery tours, at over 70 local wineries.

Solvang 3 miles West. Visit the neighboring towns of Solvang. Known for it ��s Danish
origins and architecture. Enjoy unique shopping and great food.

Los Olivos 2 miles North. Known for its art galleries, tasting rooms and restaurants. This is
a very quaint little town. Must Visit.

Santa Barbara, For a full-day excursion visit the beautiful city of Santa Barbara. With its
Beaches restaurants, shopping and the zoo, your are bound to have a great day. Don ��t
forget whale watching and Ocean fishing.

California Mission ��s There are three within 30 miles of Santa Ynez.

Miniature horse Ranch. Visit the Miniature horse ranch.

Ostrich Land. Visit the Ostrich Farm in Buellton.

Hearst Castle is about 1.5 hours north.

Chumash Casino. The Chumash Casino is walking distance from the house and has great
music performances. See there website.

Lake Cachuma 10 Minutes south. A beautiful place for a boat ride, fishing or wild life

Figueroa Mountain. Beautiful drive with great views. Take a picnic.

Los Padres National forest 10 minutes away and offers hundreds of miles of trails and
